Bank of Napa N.A. appointed Shawn Conroy Blom as a director. Ms. Blom has served as the audit and tax manager for KPMG Peat Marwick Main.

RCU Services Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Redwood Credit Union in Santa Rosa, named Bobbi Beehler executive director. Ms. Beehler served most recently as a CPA with Pisenti & Brinker.

Construction

Conrad Kelso of Facility Engineering Associates in Santa Rosa earned the designation of LEED accredited professional for existing building operations and maintenance from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Santa Rosa-based Green Valley Consulting Engineers added Ann Bullard and Tim Dillenburg to its team. Ms. Bullard has more than 20 years of land surveying experience, and Mr. Dillenburg is an experienced construction manager and inspector.

Employment

Tracy Knoll, a certified senior professional in human resources, joined management consulting firm Leap Solutions in Santa Rosa as a human resources consultant. Ms. Knoll has more than 19 years experience in human resources management.

Government

Sonoma County Supervisor Shirlee Zane was recognized by the Professional Women in Building Committee of the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area for her support of the building industry. She was honored at the association's Salute to Excellence Dinner, where four women were honored.

Connie Stavros of the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department’s well and septic division received the Annual Jeremy Wire Award for Best Technical Person in all of California by the California Groundwater Association.  This award has never before been given to a local government regulator, and Ms. Stavros is also the first woman to be honored.

Health Care

Joining Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa are Dr. Sarah Gong in the neurology department, Dr. Christine Kaiser in the oncology department and Dr. Jean Lim in the dermatology department.

Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation hired Molly Roberts, M.D., a specialist in integrative medicine who offers consultations at the San Francisco and Greenbrae clinics of the foundation’s Institute for Health & Healing. Dr. Roberts is the current president-elect of the American Holistic Medical Association.

Nonprofit Organizations

Larkspur-based Hospice by the Bay named Daniel Wolf director of information technology for Larkspur, Sonoma and San Francisco/San Mateo. Mr. Wolf’s prior experience includes IT and engineering management jobs at NetMercury and General Electric Nuclear Energy.

Katie Wojcieszak, with 20 years experience in strategic planning, program development, project management and fundraising, joined Mendocino College Foundation in Ukiah as executive director.

Dr. Cheryl Ewing, medical director of the multidisciplinary breast program at Marin General Hospital, joined the board of To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation. Dr. Ewing has been in practice for more than 20 years and is currently a full-time faculty member at UCSF.

Wine

Elected to the Sacramento-based California Association of Winegrape Growers board of directors were Mike Boer of Stipp Ranch in Ukiah and Bruce Phillips of Phillips Family Farming in Oakville.

Michael Riel was appointed chief operating officer of M.A. Silva Corks USA in Santa Rosa. Mr. Riel was most recently vice president and general manager with Paul Hobbs Wines.

Passalacqua Winery in Healdsburg appointed Lisa Gower direct sales manager. Ms. Gower was previously in marketing and sales at Lynmar Estate Winery, Sausal Winery and Seghesio Family Winery.
