Napa photographer Lori Paladino was one of 22 winners of the National Association of Professional Child Photographers’ second international image competition.


Bill Dutra, president and CEO of the Dutra Group in San Rafael, will receive the management award from The Beavers, an organization within the heavy engineering construction industry. Mr. Dutra pioneered the use of hydraulic dredging equipment and underwater blasting excavation.

Dave Gaw, co-founder of Napa-based Gaw Van Male, was elected to the American College of Trust and Estate Council. Mr. Gaw is the originator of the Gaw Systems, widely used for trust administration and estate planning for high net-worth individuals.

Santa Rosa-based Social Advocates for Youth appointed to its board of directors Dennis Kelley, senior vice president and CFO of Summit State Bank, and Todd Beal, area director in large group account management for Kaiser Permanente.


Dennis Hollenbeck was appointed vice president of engineering at Petaluma-based Enphase Energy. Previously Mr. Hollenbeck was the chief operating officer at eSilicon in Sunnyvale.


Healdsburg-based Rodney Strong Vineyards hired Sonya Villegas Kelsen as district manager for Southern California.  Ms. Kelsen has nearly eleven years of sales and marketing experience, including positions at Robert Mondavi Winery and Southern Wine & Spirits.
