The Sonoma County Water Agency board of directors appointed Grant Davis water agency general manager.  Mr. Davis served as the interim general manager since February 23, 2010 and assistant general manager since 2007.

Elizabeth Kulavic joined the board of directors of Sunny Hills Services in Santa Rosa.  Ms. Kulavic has been a personal and business banker with Bank of Marin since 2008.

Tiana Sandoval, sales assistant at the North Bay Business Journal in Santa Rosa, was promoted to events manager. Ms. Sandoval was most recently a department manager at Nordstrom’s in San Diego and San Mateo.

Solar

San Rafael-based SunLink Corporation named Mike Williams senior vice president of engineering. Mr. Williams was senior vice president and chief information officer for infrastructure developer Parsons Brinckerhoff. Kate Sherwood was named senior vice president of sales. Prior to SunLink, Ms. Sherwood was a sales team member at both Recurrent Energy and SunPower.

Technology

San Rafael-based Autodesk Inc. appointed Steve Blum senior vice president, worldwide sales and services. Mr. Blum previously headed up Autodesk’s Americas sales organization and also spearheaded the Autodesk Assistance Program, providing out-of-work architects and engineers with free software and training to maintain their skills in a down economy.
