The U.S. Coast Guard has awarded Lockheed Martin a five-year, $57 million training and technical support services contract. Lockheed Martin will identify and hire specialized instructors in areas such as aviation, operations and engineering and conduct performance analysis at 12 Coast Guard training sites, including its station west of Petaluma at Two Rock.



Petaluma-based Calix broadband access technology will be used by stimulus award winner Red River Telephone to bring broadband services to rural communities in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
