Petaluma-based Reliable Crane & Rigging named Mark Sotak as its new President and CEO. Mr. Sotak, who has been Crane Superintendent and has over 20 years experience with the company, will be in charge of managing day-to-day operations. Health Care

Patricia Aguilera has joined Clinic Ole  in Napa as chief financial officer. She has over 30 years of senior management experience in the area of health care administration. She previoulsy worked for Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, a national health policy organization, where she was the vice president of business operations. She also previously worked as the administrative director for Sequoia Physicians Network. Ms. Aguilera earned an MBA from CSU Hayward and a bachelor of arts in social science from UC Berkeley.

Marin General Hospital appointed Chris O’Brien as vice president of payer relations. Mr. O’Brien will be responsible for developing and implementing contracting strategies with all payers, direct contract negotiations, and contract compliance oversight. In addition, he will develop system-wide managed care initiatives and support Marin General’s affiliated organizations. Mr. O’Brien formerly served as Blue Shield of California’s director of PPO professional and direct HMO networks.  Mr. O’Brien is a graduate of the State University of New York at Old Westbury and has a masters' in health care administration from Iona College.Real Estate

Toshi Gomez has joined the sales team at Sea Breeze in Vallejo by K. Hovnanian Homes.  In the new position, he will utilize his experience in real estate sales to assist customers with their new home purchases.  Mr. Gomez, a resident of American Canyon, has more than five years of experience working in real estate sales and business development, assisting with the sale of more than 300 homes.  He specializes in all aspects of real estate sales, from initial customer interaction to the close of escrow.
