SEBASTOPOL -- Santa Rosa-based Redwood Credit Union will open a new, full-service branch in Sebastopol on Monday, near the Pacific Market in the Fiesta Shopping Center.

The 2,300-square-foot building, which will also include an ATM, is one of the first projects in the city classified under the new statewide green building standard, CALGreen.

"We've received many requests over the years for a branch in Sebastopol, so we're excited to be opening a full-service branch to meet the financial needs of our West Sonoma County members and those of the community," said Brett Martinez, president and CEO of the credit union.

The branch, at 7840 Covert Lane, will be open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Redwood Credit Union has 200,000 members and $1.9 billion in assets, with service available to individuals living or working in seven North Bay counties or San Francisco.
