Maryanne Harris has joined Exchange Bank as an SBA sales associate. She recently was Sonoma branch manager for Sonoma Bank. Ms. Harris volunteers for American Heart Association, Sonoma Valley Hospital Foundation and the Redwood Empire Food Bank.

Denise Gilseth was appointed branch manager, vice president of investments of Stifel Nicolaus and Company in Santa Rosa. Ms. Gilseth previously was with A.G. Edwards for more than 20 years. Jack Bittner has been promoted to president of Cliff Lede Vineyards in Yountville and Breggo Cellars, a Mendocino County's Anderson Valley acquired in 2009. Previously, he was vice president and general manager. He joined Cliff Lede Vineyards in 2004. His two-decade career in the wine industry includes Clos Pegase, St. Supery Vineyards & Winery and Silverado Vineyards, where he played a key role in the winery’s marketing and sales efforts.
