Kevin Alfaro has been with Brown Holder Alfaro & Co., a firm specializing in the wine industry, since 1998. He has been working in accounting since 1990, serving as a tax manager for Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Jim Andersen was the founding partner of Santa Rosa-based Andersen & Company LLP. He merged Andersen & Company into BPM on Jan. 1, 2009.
Over the last 25 years, he has been involved in more than 800 business valuation and litigation assignments and has testified as an expert witness in counties throughout California. Mr. Andersen’s particular area of expertise is business valuation, and he brings this expertise to bear when assisting clients with succession planning, merger and acquisition transactions, buy/sell agreements, dissenting shareholder actions, marital dissolutions, and estate and gift tax plans.
