Presidio Bank (OTCBB:PDOB)  has hired veteran banker David Neagle as senior vice president-relationship manager in the North Bay Regional Office. Mr. Neagle has over 25 years experience in business development, management, and customer support in the commercial banking and finance industry in the Bay Area. He most recently worked as senior vice president for Bank of San Francisco. Prior to that, he was SVP of marketing and business development for TMC Development, a leading SBA real estate lending firm. 

Santa Rosa-based Exchange Bank  announced that Mike Leonard, security and BSA officer, has been promoted to vice president. Cyndi Perez has aslo been promoted to vice president. Ms. Perez is a certified regulatory compliance manager and is the bank’s deposit compliance and operational risk manager. Bryon Webb has been promoted to vice president of the electronic banking Department. Peter Tomaszewski was promoted to assistant vice president.  He joined Exchange Bank in 2007 as the information security officer. He has a BS in information technology and is both a certified information security professional, and a certified information systems auditor. Health Care

Larkspur-based Hospice By The Bay announced that Jennifer Yang, RN, of its San Francisco office, has joined the board of directors of the Chinese American Coalition for Compassionate Care, an organization devoted to end-of-life concerns in Bay Area Chinese communities. Ms. Yang, who speaks fluent Chinese, has been with Hospice By The Bay since 2009. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of terminally ill patients’ care. Ms. Yang is part of Hospice By The Bay’s teams that offer Chinese-speaking patients care in their primary language. She received her nursing degree from Meiho University in Taiwan.Hospitality and Tourism

Alisha O’Connor has been hired as sales manager for the Westin Verasa Napa.  Ms. O’Connor will oversee the Westin Verasa Napa’s group and corporate travel sales as well as the hotel’s catering and convention services. She has more than 10 years of sales, marketing and operations experience and most recently served as a sales manager for the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Ariz.Law

Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty announced that Elizabeth R. Palmer has joined the firm's Santa Rosa office as senior counsel to expand the firm's business, tax, and alcohol beverage services in Sonoma County. Ms. Palmer has practiced since 1994, counseling clients on a wide array of business and taxation  matters. Linda Simmons is a new  agent for commercial real estate brokerage Meridian Commercial in Novato. She  has over 20 years of experience as a corporate real estate manager responsible for over 1.1 million rentable square feet of leased properties and negotiations on lease and purchase transactions exceeding $300 Million.

Rich Johnson, a licensed broker and realtor, has joined the sales team at United Country – KM Properties of Sonoma County. Mr. Johnson will focus on the Sacramento area. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Sonoma State University, and he has more than seven years of experience serving buyers and sellers in the Sacramento area.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage  announced that six of its prominent Marin County professionals have been honored by the Marin Association of Realtors.  David Smadbeck, sales associate with Coldwell Banker in Greenbrae, was sworn in as MAR president for 2012 and Kevin Patsel, manager of the Greenbrae office, as 2012 president-elect.  In addition, Sharon Luce and Kay Moore, also of the Greenbrae office, were sworn in as 2012 directors. In addition to the installation ceremony, Ms. Moore received the association’s Distinguished Service Award and Margaret Deedy, also of the Greenbrae office, was honored with the Making a Difference Award.  Marilee Brand, a Marin County real estate veteran of 35 years, was named a California Association of Realtors Honorary Member of Life for her years of service to the organization.Wine Industry

Chris Berry has joined Grgich Hills Estate as Northeast regional sales manager, where she will oversee sales on the East Coast from Washington D.C. to Maine for the Rutherford winery. Ms. Berry is a third generation Napa Valley native, currently based in Boston. Previously, she worked for Robert Mondavi Winery, Chalone Wine Estates and Constellation, as well as other family owned wineries such as Rex Hill and Marchesi Mazzei.
