Enphase Energy, Inc., (NASDAQ:ENPH) announced the tour schedule for the Enphase Experience Roadshow 2012, where solar installers, building contractors, engineers and solar enthusiasts will participate in hands-on training and demonstrations of the full capabilities of the Enphase Microinverter System. Silverado Resort and Spa in Napa announces three new summer camp programs for hotel guests: Silverado Adventure Camps, Junior Excellence Tennis Program, and Junior Golf Academy. The key component of Assemblymember Jared Huffman’s package of bills to create jobs and stimulate economic recovery in California passed by a 4-0 vote in the Assembly Committee on Jobs, Economic Development and the Economy. AB 1530, the Clean Manufacturing and Job Creation Incentive Act, creates “Clean Manufacturing Zones” around the state to attract new manufacturing businesses to California and encourages existing businesses to stay and grow, by eliminating regulatory delays and providing tax incentives to buy new manufacturing equipment and locate here in California. The bill moves on to the Assembly Revenue & Taxation Committee for further consideration.Solar

Novato and Sonoma-based SolarCraft announced that it has completed the design and installation of a 23 kW solar electric installation for the Hartle Court Permanent Supportive Housing project in Napa, CA.  The recently completed housing complex is now powered by clean solar energy, providing significant savings the facility.The Supportive Housing project, developed by the Gasser Foundation and operated by The Progress Foundation, is targeting LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver.  This would be the Napa Valley's first LEED Certified Multi-Family Residential Development.  The project consists of 98 Sharp 235-watt solar panels spanning 1,719 square feet of roof tops on multiple buildings.   The system is expecting to generate approximately 27,911 kilowatt hours of energy annually.
