Santa Rosa-based Zainer Rinehart Clarke CPAs announced the addition Dale Brown, Bob Holder and Danielle Sandoval, formerly of Brown Holder Alfaro & Co. in St. Helena. Each has extensive experience in accounting and taxation with specialization in the wine industry, grape growing, and related activities. They work with individuals and businesses of all types. Additionally, ZRC added three other professionals to its tax and accounting and assurance practices. Michelle Crebs and Beth Samit join the Zainer Rinehart Clarke team as managers with significant experience in accounting and auditing in the wine industry. Betsy Grebe also joined as an experienced staff accountant.Human Resources

Tony Bartenetti has been named executive vice president at Sonoma-based Nelson, a move driven by the company’s geographic expansion. The role was left vacant when the former executive vice president, Craig S. Nelson, became the CEO in January 2012. During his tenure with Nelson, Mr. Bartenetti has been recognized with two Gary D. Nelson Leadership Awards for outstanding strength in leadership and management. He and his team will work to drive Nelson’s geographic growth into Southern California and Texas.Wine

Mavrik North America of Santa Rosa appointed Kevin Wilkinson to oversee engineering and fabrication operations for its wine making technologies and equipment. He will be based at Mavrik’s Santa Rosa-based fabrication and design facility. Mr. Wilkinson graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2003 with a degree in agricultural engineering. After graduation, he worked for eight years at Ag Industrial Manufacturing in Lodi, supporting wineries and vineyards with a specialization in mechanical harvesters. He was hired to relieve one of Mavrik’s founders, Bob Kreisher, of some engineering responsibilities.

DH Wine Compliance in Santa Rosa announced the addition of Milli Conover, who will lead the operational reporting department as a reporting specialist. Conover comes to DH Wine Compliance with over five years of compliance experience focused on operations reporting including reports of wine operations (702), excise taxes, sales tax, and winegrower tax returns. DH Wine Compliance also announced the addition of Alissa De La Riva as a senior compliance specialist. Ms. De La Riva has spent the last four years handling out-of-state compliance services to many well know wineries in North America, Italy and Australia. Prior to entering the wine business, she spent seven years as a loan processor and underwriter in the mortgage field where she developed and perfected her attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
