Look of the Rohnert Park casino unveiled

ROHNERT PARK -- As construction of the $800 million Graton Resort and Casino project in northwest Rohnert Park speeds toward a planned opening late this year, the developer on Monday ramped up the marketing campaign with the release of architectural renderings and a website for the forthcoming facility.

Las Vegas-based Station Casinos described the exterior look of the 320,000-square-foot building -- natural stone, dark wood and copper paneling, living walls and waterfalls  -- as "casual contemporary elegance."

The resort website (www.GratonResortCasino.com) is set to have project updates and information on opportunities to land one of the anticipated 2,000 ongoing jobs upon opening.
