Robin Stephani accepted a position as vice president of preconstruction at Wright Contracting of Santa Rosa. Recently, she was director of business development for Sonoma County BEST for the past year, significantly helping BEST move to another level in its startup year, coordinating the business retention and expansion efforts of BEST and working with BEST to attract new business to Sonoma County. She will stay involved in BEST's "100 in 100" business retention and expansion program and has volunteered to lead a committee promoting the development and inventorying of business development opportunity sites for BEST.
Joan Douglas-Fry joined WRA, Inc., in San Rafael as associate environmental planner and CEQA manager. Ms. Douglas-Fry was previously at ESA, a San Francisco-based environmental consultancy with locations throughout the West Coast and Florida. Mr. Collins' career as a director of sales and marketing began in 1993, when he oversaw a total of 12 international properties in the New Otani Hotels Group. Since then, he has held this position at multiple hotels around the world.
