Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce announced the selection of Leadership Santa Rosa Class XXX. These class members join over 850 graduates of the county’s premier leadership program. Catherine Chapnick is the newest member of the Keegan & Coppin Company, Inc./ONCOR International’s Santa Rosa office. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in Sonoma County, she began her career with Keegan & Coppin, serving as the senior property manager for 10 years. Ms. Chapnick then spent 15 years working with both Spieker Properties, a publicly traded real estate investment trust, and with Equity Office, where she was involved in both property management and leasing, marketing and budgeting of over 1.2 million square feet of Class “A” office space covering both Sonoma and Marin Counties. She returns to Keegan & Coppin specializing in property sales and leasing.Health Care

Audubon Canyon Ranch, which focuses on conservation science, habitat protection and restoration, and nature education programs, elected six new members to its board of directors during its annual meeting on June 29: Beth Gurney and Diana Ruiz of Santa Rosa, Maureen Lynch of Petaluma, Sylvia Crawford of Glen Ellen, Karen Young of Mill Valley and Jude Stalker of San Francisco.Residential Real Estate

Daniel Casabonne of Frank Howard Allen Realtors was named one of America’s top real estate professionals by REAL Trends and the Wall Street Journal. He is now a member of the “Top Thousand Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored annually by the two respected publications. Mr. Casabonne is now ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 963,000 realtors nationwide. Some of Casabonne’s achievements include: most homes sold in Sonoma Valley since 2002; the Frank Howard Allen-Wine Country Group top producer, 2002--2010; and Frank Howard Allen top producer 2011 (Units Sold) and 2012 (Units Sold & Dollar Volume).Technology

The Sourcing Group, which recently merged with Golden Pacific Systems, has added Steve Farmiloe in the role of business development. Mr. Farmiloe previously was the owner of Santa Rosa Paper Company, vice president of sales for Unisource Worldwide, general manager and vice president sales for Advanced Telcom Group, president of Carousel Carpet Mills, sales manager for Matsen Insurance, chief operating officer for Vantreo Insurance, general manager for Video Symphony TV/Film School and operations manager for Klemmer & Associates. Groskopf Warehouse & Logistics, a Sonoma-based warehouse and consolidation business serving the wine industry, realigned its management team. David Hammond, vice president of sales and business development, has been promoted to senior vice president, logistics. In this role, Mr. Hammond will focus his efforts into managing and promoting the services of Groskopf’s Logistics/Consolidation Department. John Connolly, operations manager, has been promoted to vice president of operations. Mr. Connolly manages all operations and customer service for the Warehouse Division and is tasked with increasing value-added services, streamlining warehouse operations, increasing productivity while reducing costs. Susan Stein, accounting manager, has been promoted to controller. In her new role, she will be responsible for return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems.
