Bradley Forsyth is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Willis Lease Finance Corporation, a publicly traded (NASDAQ:WLFC) aircraft engine leasing company based in Novato. He joined the company as CFO in January of 2007, part of a career that has included serving as vice president of finance for Arizona-based Standard Aero and audit and tax work with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mr. Forsyth oversees financial operations including capital markets activities and accounting for Willis Lease, which announced assets exceeding $1 billion at the end of 2012. Launched more than 30 years ago, the company is considered a pioneer in the practice of providing short and long-term operating leases for commercial jet engines to passenger airlines, cargo carriers and other similar companies.

The company manages pools of engine supplies that are made available for rent on short notice to members, which currently include American Airlines, WestJet, Alaska Air Group, Delta, Southwest and others in North America and a pool for major carriers in China.
At the end of 2012, Willis had a lease portfolio that included 184 aircraft engines, four spare parts packages, seven aircraft and a total value of $1.2 billion. The company had 78 lessees of commercial aircraft engines, aircraft and related equipment in 42 countries at that time.
Mr. Forsyth is a chartered accountant, and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba in Canada.
