Elaina Hunt was promoted to vice president of marketing and community relations for Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI). Emily Harrington was promoted to vice president and branch manager at the Bicentennial location in Santa Rosa. Ms. Hunt has been with Summit for five years. She is a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa and currently serves as a board member of the Professional Services Marketing Group.

Ms. Harrington has worked in the financial industry for seven years. She is currently on the Board Committee of Girls on the Run Sonoma County, an ambassador for the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and attends weekly meetings with the Santa Rosa BNI business networking group.

Bank of Marin promoted Fabia Butler to vice president for manager of community and public relations. Ms. Butler shifts into a newly created role that combines community relations and public relations to leverage the bank's efforts in these areas. She succeeds Joan Capurro, who recently retired after 24 years with the bank and was the community relations director for over a decade. Since joining the bank 14 years ago, Ms. Butler has been instrumental in developing the Bank of Marin brand as it has grown from six branches in Marin County in 1999 to today's 17 branches across five counties. Her responsibilities have included Spirit of Marin, advertising strategy, annual Bank of Marin calendar with photographs of local high school students. She is a strong promoter of author events at Book Passage in Corte Madera.Construction
