In late 2012, Raptor Pharmaceutical was anticipating a strong growth and was about to enter in its drug development and marketing phase, and the former Disney ImageMovers Digital space at Hamilton Landing was extremely attractive to Raptor, according to Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank. In the course of negotiation and buildout, Raptor expanded its initial requirement from 20,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet.
