What is the achievement you are most proud of?

The bridge that I have created between Exchange Bank and the Latino community. One of my favorite examples is the involvement from Exchange Bank with the Roseland community during the Cinco de Mayo festivities. I have been involved with this committee for the last ten years and have watched it grow.

What is your biggest challenge today?

“Keeping up to date with all the new technology (text alerts, mobile deposit) and making sure our customers are well informed.”
