Responsibilities with your company: I am the founder of both Free Flow Wines, a leader in sustainable alternative packaging in the wine industry.
In addition, I am the founder and winemaker for Kivelstadt Cellars, a 4,000-case winery in Sonoma promoting new age California wines from the North Bay.
How do you exemplify the spirit of being a top Forty Under 40 professional?: By constantly looking at innovation and sustainability, I lead the charge in the wine industry. A double bottom line is the key to our generation.

Single most important event in your professional life in the last 12 months: Closing a major equity and debt round for our company to secure our future growth.
What steps is your company taking to sustain your organization and morale in the current economy?: We are constantly striving to improve our sustainability footprint (as a company, an industry, and our team). This means expanding to offer wine cans, an East Coast kegging plant to reduce carbon footprint, and donating to global environmental causes.
Next professional goal: Convert 5 percent of the wine consumed in restaurants to kegs.

Typical day at the office: Mostly meetings, but always walk the floor with the team.
