AMERICAN CANYON — The new 148 unit multifamily Canyon Ridge apartment complex is comprised of seven well appointed residential three-story walk-up buildings that surround a resort-style clubhouse landscaped with a small vineyard.
A unique aspect of this single-story 4,670-square-foot clubhouse is the number of amenities included.
Residents can enjoy a heated salt-water pool and deck with a cabana lounge, a large outdoor fireplace and hot tub, bocce ball courts, a fitness center and spa, alfresco barbecue and fire pit as well as a resident lounge, gaming area and pool table along with a dual purpose yoga and spin room. This attractive, centrally-located building also houses the leasing office.
The clubhouse’s full kitchen has a cafe and a large dining table. There is a pet spa and a children’s playground along with a WiFi Bar with big screen TVs.
Located at 800 Reliant Way, Canyon Ridge occupies a six-acre parcel with a backdrop of rolling hills. The city of American Canyon has been rated by Areavibes as “A-plus” for amenities and “A” for weather.
“Location is the everything when it comes to real estate, and Canyon Ridge is only 10 minutes from the city of Napa and many wineries,” said Frances Ouellette, vice president of construction with the Reliant Group. “We are 15 minutes from three military bases, 20 minutes from four parks and recreation areas and less than 30 minutes from three colleges.”
Rents start from $1,800 to $2,800 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bath unit. The average unit size is 728 to 1,054 square feet for one-bed-and-bath and two-bed-and-bath apartments, respectively. Some have attached, tuck-under garages. Each residence building has 20 units, and there are eight affordable units in the development.
The first three buildings and the clubhouse were finished in late November and others will become available through February 2017.
The developer of Canyon Ridge Apartments was The Reliant Group of San Francisco who wanted to provide a place that provides those seeking an active lifestyle with a variety of popular features people want.
By using reclaimed water for landscape irrigation, as well as the toilets at Canyon Ridge, the development will save water to use for drinking and bathing in the new complex complying with American Canyon’s zero water footprint policy.
