Wells Fargo Center for the Arts announced the appointment of Dennis Kohke as director of finance where he will oversee the health, stability, visibility, growth, and protection of the center's finances. With over 20 years of progressive financial management experience, Kohke brings a balance of high-tech, investment and non-profit knowledge to his role.

Finance

Morgan Stanley announced today that Chris E. Coghlan, a senior vice president, senior portfolio manager and financial advisor in the firm's wealth management office in San Rafael, has earned Morgan Stanley's Family Wealth Director (FWD) designation, granted to financial advisors who have successfully completed a rigorous accreditation program focused on skills required for comprehensive wealth management.

Don Bialkin has been hired by First California Mortgage as a consumer direct loan advisor. He joins First Cal from Umpqua Bank.

Health Care

Marin Community Clinics (MCC) announced that Elizabeth Horevitz, M.S.W, Ph.D. has been appointed director of the behavioral health division. She received both master's and doctorate degrees from the University of California (Berkeley) and completed post-doctoral studies at the University of California (SF), where her focus was on interventional and integrated care, culturally competent care and reducing health disparities.

Merrill, Arnone & Jones, LLP of Santa Rosa is proud to welcome Bill Adams as Of Counsel, where his practice will continue to focus on public agency governance, regional infrastructure issues, complex litigation and real property transactions. Adams recently retired as deputy county counsel for the County of Sonoma.

The Anderson Valley Winegrowers Association (AVWA) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Cesano as its new executive director. Cesano is a veteran of the Mendocino wine industry and a noted local journalist. He crushed his first grapes in 1972 for a family wine, and has been involved with wine his whold life, both personally and professionally.
