Redwood Credit Union has hired Lisa Heath as executive vice president and chief financial and risk officer. Heath will oversee the Credit Union’s accounting and finance departments, risk management, and wealth management services, as well as RCU Services Group, RCU’s wholly-owned subsidiary which offers auto sales and insurance services. She will be instrumental in the development of the Credit Union’s long-term planning, programs, and strategies.
Heath comes to RCU from OnPoint Community Credit Union in Portland, Ore. where she served as controller. She worked for two additional credit unions in Oregon, where she served as internal auditor, financial analyst, senior treasury analyst, and chief financial officer. A certified public accountant (CPA), Heath began her career in public accounting at McCracken Mason Associates.
Pete Phillippe has been named a mortgage banker in Santa Rosa for Freedom Mortgage. He has 35 years of mortgage lending experience.
Carolyn Cole-Schweizer and Maxwell Cash have joined the staff of Santa Rosa’s Exchange Bank. Cole-Schweizer is the bank’s new corporate communications and social media specialist. She has more 19 years of marketing communications experience and most recently served as donor and alumni relations coordinator for the Santa Rosa Junior College Foundation.
Cash is the leasing and business finance officer responsible for opening Exchange Bank’s San Francisco office. He most recently served as vice president of lease origination for ATEL Capital Group.
Felice Charlton of Petaluma has been elected to the board of directors of the California Artisan Cheese guild. Charlton is the national sales director for Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company.
The California Artisan Cheese Guild is a nonprofit that supports educational outreach for the California artisan cheese community. members include cheesemakers, professionals and enthusiasts. It oversees both the California Artisan Cheese Festival based in Petaluma and the San Francisco Cheese Fest (sfcheesefest.com).
Tracey Mease has been named executive director of the new Vineyard at Fountaingrove Memory Care in Santa Rosa. She has worked as a health care administrator and holds a master’s degree in gerontology and special (memory) care management.
