Summit State Bank (NASDAQ: SSBI) hired Delindy Wootton as vice president and senior underwriter. The bank stated Wootton brings over 19 years of lending underwriting for community banks.

The announcement stated that Wootton began her banking career in 1996, and most recently served as vice president, senior underwriter and team leader at First Community Bank. Her extensive lending underwriting background began at National Bank of the Redwood and she was a loan operations specialist at Summit State Bank in 2005.

Lisa M. Lomeli has been selected as marketing director for The Vineyard at Fountaingrove, Memory Care.

Lomeli is a certified RCFE (residential care for the elderly) administrator with more than 25 years of marketing, public relations, development, human resource and executive operational management experience in the human services and senior living industries, the company stated.

Flora Springs Winery & Vineyards, a family-owned, Napa Valley wine estate established in 1977, announced it has hired Stacey Emerson as marketing manager.

The winery stated that Emerson was with The Hess Collection as associate marketing manager and previously worked as design and project coordinator at Far Niente and its associated wineries.

In addition to developing her own wine brands in both California and Oregon, Emerson acted as a consultant to the State Assembly Select Committee on California Wine and served as communications assistant for Wine Institute in San Francisco. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental horticulture and viticulture from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

RE/MAX Gold has announced several additions:

Maria Artle has re-joined RE/MAX Gold in the Benicia office as a primary agent. Artle has been in the industry for more than 15 years, the company stated, and has been in the community for most of her life.

Previously with Century 21 M&M and Associates, Edwin Alvarado has re-joined RE/MAX Gold in the Fairfield office as a primary agent. Alvarado has been in the industry for more than 17 years, the company stated, and is also a member of the Northern Solano Association of Realtors and holds a Movoto Top Producer award.

Previously with Priority Real Estate & Investments, Andre Smith has joined RE/MAX Gold in the Benicia office as a broker associate.

The Volunteer Center of Sonoma County announced that Samantha Pungprakearti and David Heier have joined its board of directors. Pungprakearti is an associate at Carle Mackie Power & Ross, LLP. Heier is executive vice president and chief financial officer at First California Mortgage Company in Petaluma.

Shannon Nichols has been named director of philanthropy at Sonoma Land Trust. The land trust stated that she has 20 years of fundraising experience and most recently served as vice president of resource development at the Boys & Girls Club of Central Sonoma County and as director of development for San Rafael-based 10,000 Degrees.

Lifehouse, a Marin County-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, announced the retirement of Dori McDonnell, manager of North Bay programs. McDonnell has been a member of the Lifehouse team for the past 23 years.

Additionally, Michelle Condit has been promoted to director of North Bay and autism services, which will include leadership of the North Bay programs, the group stated.
