Matt Martin has joined Redwood Credit Union as vice president of community and government relations.
Martin will oversee the credit union’s community outreach programs; the RCU Community Fund (RCUCF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fund which supports the credit union’s free financial literacy, education and wellness programs, as well as local disaster relief efforts; and the institution’s government relations and credit union advocacy efforts. He will also represent credit union issues before local, state and federal government representatives.
He served as CEO of Social Advocates for Youth, an organization that helps at-risk youth with housing, counseling, and career training. Before joining SAY, he served as director of operations for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Petaluma.
Martin is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
Lori Bell has joined Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking as senior vice president and business development officer.
Based in Santa Rosa, she is responsible for covering the North Coast region, serving Sonoma, Marin, Napa and north to the Oregon border.
Bell previously served as the global banking consultant for Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking in Orange County. Her background includes roles as a loan examiner, relationship manager, loan team leader and sales manager. Bell earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, and masters in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.
Brian Wallace has joined Napa’s Arrow&Branch as director of national sales.
Wallace most recently headed Luxury Wine Partners, which specialized in comprehensive sales management for small luxury wineries. Prior to that, he was the Midwest regional brand manager for Vintage Wines, a member of The Winebow Group, based in Schiller Park, Ill.
Wallace graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in political science and history. He holds wine industry certificates and degrees including certified specialist of wine from the Society of Wine Educators, certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers, certified club manager from the Club Managers Association of America and certified beer server from the Certified Cicerone Program.
Arrow&Branch was founded in 2008 by Steve and Seanne Contursi.
Neal Fishman, former chief deputy executive officer of the California Coastal Conservancy and a member of the Sonoma Land Trust board since 2011, has been elected chair of the Land Trust’s board of directors. He follows venture capital adviser Denny Van Ness, who served as chair for six years and will remain on the board as vice chair.
Real estate agent Jill Spragio affiliated with Napa Valley Homes Today at its downtown Napa office, 1443 Main St., Ste. 210. Spragio, a Napa native and founder of Spotted Owl Vineyards, teams with Marcus Perry.
Previously with Solari Property Management, Darrin Fragoza affiliated with RE/MAX Gold in the Fairfield office as a member of The Solari Team.
Fragoza has been in the industry for a year and has been in Solano County all his life. He studied fire science, firefighting and emergency medical technology at Santa Rosa Junior College.
Besides representing buyers and sellers, his specialties include relocations and short sales. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
