Report: Napa-Solano commercial real estate stabilizes
February 6th, 2012FAIRFIELD — Industrial real estate vacancy in Napa and Solano counties fell 1.4 percentage points in 2011, but immediate availability of office space in the two counties increased a percentage point over the year to even higher levels, according to reports released today.

Commercial real estate sees some key leases, but vacancies remain elevated
October 25th, 2010Sonoma County office vacancy rates decreased in the third quarter to 22.7 percent 13.7 million square feet from a peak of 24.8 percent at the end of last year and was about the same as it was in the fall of 2009, according to Keegan & Coppin.
