  • Napa brewery acquired

    October 1st, 2010

    NAPA – Pelican Brands of Carmel, Ind., entered into an exclusive purchase agreement to acquire the Napa Smith Brewery & Winery. The deal includes seven acres of land and 50,000 square feet of production, warehousing and office space. Napa Smith had appointed Pelican Brands as its exclusive sales representative in the U.S. earlier this year.

  • Industry veteran to acquire Anderson Valley brewery

    BOONVILLE — Anderson Valley Brewing Co., maker of craft beers Boont Amber Ale and Hop Ottin’ IPA, today announced it reached a definitive purchase agreement with HMB Holdings LLC, new company led by a former executive at a major beer company.
