TriVascular gets $30 million Series B
November 16th, 2009SANTA ROSA –TriVascular Inc. announced today it has raised $30 million in a Series B offering. The funds will take the maker of abdominal and thoracic stent graft systems into clinical testing.
The Series B financing is a continuation of Series A funding of $65 million in 2008 from investors New Enterprise Associates, Delphi Ventures, MPM Capital and Kearny Venture Partners.

Pax Streamline wins $3 million federal grant
October 27th, 2009NOVATO — Pax Streamline, the industrial product development firm that is a part of Pax Scientific, was awarded $3 million under the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy program, Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey announced today.
Pax Streamline, which develops heating and air conditioning and wind turbine products using processes copied from nature, will use the money to help develop “blown wing” technology for turbines, allowing them to be dynamically adjusted to maximize power under a wide rage of wind conditions. -
Novato’s SPG Holdings secures $13 million in equity financing
