March 23rd, 2009The U.S. Green Building Council now has an office for its Redwood Empire chapter among about two dozen mostly renewable-resource clean-technology and other startups in Rohnert Park. … Bill Rossi of William Rossi Construction wants to close out a 17-acre south Napa industrial condominium development with a 33,700-square-foot building at 55 Enterprise Court. … The planned expansion of the asphalt plant in south Petaluma by The Dutra Group of San Rafael is set to be back before the Sonoma County Planning Commission on April 16, after being deferred at the March 5 meeting. … About four years after San Rafael Airport LLC, operator of Gnoss Field, proposed a 71,000-square-foot athletic center on airport grounds, a draft environmental impact report on the project was released. … G&C Autobody of Santa Rosa is looking to award a construction contract for its Windsor location by the end of this month, according to project manager Bud Vance. The project was set to start last year. … Sonoma Warehousing Co., which owns industrial facilities and housing around Sonoma, acquired 4.71 acres at 1010 Napa Road, located near the intersection with the Eighth Street East industrial corridor, for $2.4 million.

G&C expects to start Windsor building
November 17th, 2008SANTA ROSA — G&C AutoBody plans to start construction this year on a $4 million repair facility to serve northern Sonoma County and is finishing a $4.7 million addition that doubles the size of the flagship shop in Santa Rosa.
