NAPA — The city and county governments of Napa today said they have begun to jointly develop an agreement to address concerns related to the city’s potential future annexation of the planned commercial and residential development known as Napa Pipe, along with the sharing of tax revenue and service responsibilities at the site.

NAPA COUNTY — Development of the 154-acre Napa Pipe commercial and residential project west of the city of Napa continues to move forward, with planners expecting that zoning provisions related to the development will go before the Napa County Board of Supervisors before the end of the year or in early 2013.

NAPA — The developers of Napa Pipe have agreed to several additions to the proposed mixed-use neighborhood project including donating 10 acres for a school and a shift from groundwater to surface water for residents. The changes will be released in a supplemental Environmental Impact Report this fall.

NAPA – After four years of planning and working toward answering questions that may be brought up about the proposed Napa Pipe development, as possible, an Environmental Impact Report has been submitted for public review at a county planning commission meeting.
