NAPA — After years of intense discussion about how the proposed 154-acre redevelopment of the former Napa Pipe plant would unfold, the Napa County Board of Supervisors today passed General Plan and zoning provisions considered key to allowing the commercial and residential project to move forward.
Work remains to finalize specific design guidelines and an outline for the project’s relationship with the adjacent city of Napa.

NAPA COUNTY — Development of the 154-acre Napa Pipe commercial and residential project west of the city of Napa continues to move forward, with planners expecting that zoning provisions related to the development will go before the Napa County Board of Supervisors before the end of the year or in early 2013.
