Home defaults, foreclosures fall in North Bay, statewide
October 17, 2012The number of North Bay homeowners entering default fell markedly in the third quarter of the year, part of a statewide trend that has brought defaults to their lowest level in more than three years, according to a new report by San Diego-based real estate data tracking firm DataQuick.
