    NOVATO — Pax Streamline, the industrial product development firm that is a part of Pax Scientific, was awarded $3 million under the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy program, Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey announced today.
    Pax Streamline, which develops heating and air conditioning and wind turbine products using processes copied from nature, will use the money to help develop “blown wing” technology for turbines, allowing them to be dynamically adjusted to maximize power under a wide rage of wind conditions.
