MARIN COUNTY – The Marin Municipal Water District has chosen to enroll all of its electric accounts with the San Rafael-based Marin Clean Energy power agency, citing cost savings versus current provider, Pacific Gas and Electric Co.

ROSS – Construction officially wraps up today in the renovation of Ross School, a project that included elevating portions of the school by four feet to avoid flooding and the construction of a new “multipurpose room.”

ROSS — The general contractor for the $7.26 million Ross School gymnasium project will continue to lease back to school district the nearly half-done structure until the doors open to students. And Northern California districts increasingly are employing this somewhat complex lease-leaseback arrangement.

KENTFIELD — Woodlands Market owner Don Santa announced today an agreement to acquire the historic Ross Grocery from longtime owner Don Ahrens.
