  • Sonoma County community development buys Roseland site

    SANTA ROSA – The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (C.D.C) announced the completion of negotiations on the Roseland Shopping Plaza in Southwest Santa Rosa at 665 Sebastopol Road, Santa Rosa. The site is a key property to enacting the Sebastopol Road Urban Vision Plan.

  • Groups seeking to buy foreclosed homes; may be mental health beds

    SONOMA COUNTY – Up to six foreclosed homes in Sonoma County will soon be rehabbed and converted into public housing, including the possibility of new, badly needed mental health beds.
