AMERICAN CANYON — Sonoma County Vintners Co-Op, Inc., which provides wine storage, distribution and fulfillment for a few hundred vintners along the West Coast, has expanded further into Napa Valley with a new warehouse, and the first customer is M.A. Silva USA’s rapidly growing wine bottle business.

While the Santa Rosa north corridor real estate market saw an increase in vacancy rates in 2009, during 2010 there was a decrease in the industrial vacancy for the region and office vacancy remained flat.

SANTA ROSA – Warehouse winery pioneers Siduri Wines and Novy Family Wines plan to relocate in July to 27,000 square feet of efficiently designed space in the same northwest Santa Rosa industrial development where they have been since their inception 12 years ago, according to co-owner Adam Lee.

PETALUMA and SANTA ROSA — Two competing wine casegoods warehouses in Sonoma County this spring plan to collaborate on a new direct-to-consumer shipping venture through a recently launched local provider of wine order fulfillment and regulatory compliance services.

WINDSOR — The direct wine order fulfillment business Pack n’ Ship Direct will expand its Windsor facility and open a new operation on the Central Coast to serve wineries there.
