March 15th, 2010The Marin County retail shopping centers market ended 2009 in a healthy condition with a vacancy of 6.3 percent compared with the balance of the state. This market kept its resiliency in 2009 despite the economic troubles, reporting no change in vacancy year-over-year.

February 15th, 2010MARIN COUNTY – Santa Monica-based Macerich leased 2,000 square feet in the newly renovated Northgate mall to Crazy 8 children’s clothing store. It’s set to open in spring along with Roadside BBQ, Buckle, Forever 21 and Tomatina.
