Destination Council moves to Riverfront

NAPA – The Napa Valley Destination Council announced the relocation of its Visitor Information Center from 1310 Napa Town Center to 600 Main St. in the new Riverfront complex with a projected opening date of Feb. 1, 2011.

The Solano County retail shopping centers market vacancy pushed into double-digits as it closed 2009 at 12.3 percent, compared with 7.2 percent at year-end 2008.

Napa’s The Riverfront hopes to be full by spring

NAPA — The highly-ambitious $72 million The Riverfront project in downtown Napa will be fully leased by this spring, according to the broker on the project who listed two celebrity chefs and a veteran North Bay restaurant developer among the future tenants.

Chef Tyler Florence, restauratuer Dellar commit to Napa’s Riverfront

NAPA – Food Network celebrity chef and Mill Valley resident Tyler Florence has signed a lease for a casual, rotisserie-centered eatery in the $72-million Napa Riverfront project. He is the second television star to commit to space in the new building.

Officials with the project also announced the recent signature of prominent North Bay restaurant developer Michael Dellar.

The Riverfront, located at the southeast corner of Third and Main streets, is one of a handful of major mixed-use projects under construction or completed recently in Napa, but this project actually has been 10 years in progress.
