SANTA ROSA — Medical device maker TriVascular Technologies seeks to raise $100 million from an initial public offering of stock, funds that would go toward expanded marketing of its abdominal stent graft system as well as paying of a loan from Boston Scientific, according to a prospectus filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission.
