Among this year’s North Bay CFO Awards recipients are chief financial officers in the wine, waste recycling, financial advisory, nonprofit and the building industries.

You also can read about a special posthumous award-winner: Wally Lowry, a Sonoma State University professor of business administration and co-founder the Wine Business Institute at the university. He died Sept. 14, 2017.

This year’s honorees were recognized at an awards luncheon Aug. 16 at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country hotel in Santa Rosa. The keynote speaker was Natalie Cilurzo, co-owner, Russian River Brewing Company.

The Journal event was underwritten by Anderson Zeigler, BPM, Comerica Bank and Nelson and Associates. The award is sponsored by George Peterson Insurance Agency and Moss Adams.
