Andrew Delos has been appointed director of winemaking for the Far Niente Family of Wineries and Vineyards, the portfolio of luxury wineries that includes Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, Dolce and Bella Union in the Napa Valley, as well as the EnRoute winery located in the Russian River Valley.

Delos has been with the company 14 years, first as assistant winemaker at Nickel & Nickel, then as winemaker of EnRoute since the first vintage in 2007.

In his new position, Delos will continue as EnRoute winemaker, while managing overall production capabilities and coordinating best practices among the winemakers in the Far Niente Family.

Following graduation from the viticulture and enology program at University of California, Davis, Delos was an enologist with MacRostie Winery in the Sonoma County side of the Carneros appellation. MacRostie moved to Russian River Valley in 2015. He then was appointed assistant winemaker at Pellegrini Family Vineyards in the Russian River Valley, where he worked with Olivet Lane Vineyard.

Delos became assistant winemaker at single-vineyard specialist Napa Valley’s Nickel & Nickel, where he made wines from that region plus Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast.

Andy Dale has been promoted from project manager to associate at Quattrocchi Kwok Architects in Santa Rosa.

He will manage QKA’s Construction Administration Department, and his promotion follows five others for the firm from earlier this year, including John Dybczak to principal. Dale has managed a wide range of design and building projects, including school renovations and new construction, commercial and public works, and private tenant-improvement projects. Currently under his oversight are several multimillion-dollar projects for Healdsburg Unified and Fremont Union High school districts.

He received his construction documents technologist certificate from the Construction Specifications Institute in Santa Rosa.

Timothy Admire, operations manager at Willow Creek Wealth Management in Sebastopol, has become a partner in the firm.

Admire joined Willow Creek in 2014 and has 12 years of experience in investment and portfolio management, trading, trust management, regulatory compliance, and technology and systems operations. Admire has a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.

Henry Wofford has been hired by the Napa County Sheriff’s Department as public information and outreach officer. Wofford has worked in news and sports reporting for 20 years in California, Indiana, Nevada and Michigan.

Wofford has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, Davis, and a master’s degree in journalism and mass communications from San Jose State University.

Andrew Pitt has been hired as director of marketing for Hanna Boys Center.

Most recently, Pitt was a communications technician with the Humboldt County Office of Education. He also worked as a communications specialist for Visit Lodi Visitors Bureau.
