SANTA ROSA - Jonathan Coe, currently the president and general manager for the Coeur d'Alene Idaho Chamber of commerce, will join the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce as its new president and chief executive officer in September.
Mr. Coe has more than 25 years of chamber experience. He has held his current position in Coeur d'Alene since 1999 and was involved in the formation and operation of the Convention and Visitor's Bureau for the city.
He said he is delighted to come on board to such an active and resourceful group as the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, and hopes it will continue to be as visible under his leadership as it has been in the past.
Mari Featherstone, chairwoman on the Santa Rosa chamber said, "I'm thrilled to have Jonathan Coe joining us. The skills and experience he brings will help us address the current economic challenges we face here in Santa Rosa. I'm confident that he will take our accomplished five-star Chamber to even greater heights."
The chamber selected Mr. Coe after a four-month recruitment process following the death of former president Mike Hauser in March of this year.
