Bank of Marin appointed Marck Zuehlsdorff as assistant vice president and branch manager for the Novato Ignacio branch; Merry Kindred as senior vice president, commercial banking, real estate credit administrator; and Patrick London as senior vice president, commercial banking team leader.

Brett Howard joined Wells Fargo Private Bank in Santa Rosa to provide banking relationship management for clients in the Sonoma County area. Mr. Howard was previously a private client adviser with Bank of America.

Construction

Jessica Scerri replaced her father Lee Nobmann as CEO of Golden State Lumber in San Rafael. Mr. Nobmann is retiring and stepping down after thirty years.

Mike Ban was named environmental and engineering services division manager at the Marin Municipal Water District. Mr. Ban was previously director of water resources and conservation for the city of Petaluma.

Health Care

Orthopedic surgeons Dr. Brian Freeto, a sports medicine and arthroscopy specialist, and Dr. Mike Brown, a joint replacement specialist, joined Sonoma Valley Hospital.

.Nonprofit Organizations

Kathy Goodacre joined the board of directors of the Climate Protection Campaign. She has more than 20 years experience as a marketing and fundraising executive for business, government and nonprofits.

Ann Hancock, executive director of the Climate Protection Campaign, will be the keynote speaker at a climate summit in Boulder, Colo. She has also been named this year’s Environmental Hero by the Red Cross.
