Health Care

Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center's specialty departments added two new physicians, Tiffany Camarillo, MD and Laurel Warner, MD. Dr. Camarillo, the newest addition to the pathology department, graduated from U.C., Davis School of Medicine.  She completed her internship at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga., and residency at U.C., San Francisco. The infectious disease department has added Dr. Warner, who received her medical degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her residency and fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Mass.

Senior Living

The Private Duty Homecare Association (PDHCA) announced the appointment of Lucy Andrews, CEO of At Your Service Home Care of Santa Rosa, to its national advisory board. She has been selected to help lead the trade association and provide insight to address the increasing need for long-term, in-home care nationwide.

Wine

Benovia Winery in Santa Rosa has promoted co-wwner and winemaker Mike Sullivan to the position of general manager. Mr. Sullivan will continue to make pinot noir, chardonnay and zinfandel wines at the Russian River Valley winery while becoming more involved in day-to-day operations and future endeavors of the winery.

Law

Law firm Farella Braun + Martel announced that partner Deborah Ballati was selected as one of the Top 75 Women Litigators and partner Katherine Philippakis was selected as one of the Top 25 Corporate Transactional Lawyers in California by the Daily Journal, a statewide legal journal.

Nonprofits

The Land Trust of Napa County announced its newly elected Board of Directors and Officers for 2011/2012. Robert Andreae has been named board chair; C. Emery Dameron, vice chair; Amy Smith, treasurer; and Alice Jane Kubler, secretary. Joining the officers on the board for 2011/2012 are returning members Chip Bouril, David Butler, John Conover, Anne Cottrell, David Graves, and Robert Lieff, along with new board member Mike Fisher.

MarinSpace appointed Marlene Berkoff, principal of Berkoff Facility Strategies and a licensed architect in San Rafael, to its board of directors. She has worked with nonprofits in Marin to update strategic plans, evaluate facility issues and plan board retreats. MarinSpace was founded in 1988 and helps nonprofits improve their workspaces and infrastructure.

Banking

Exchange Bank announced that Robyn Hettrich has joined the human resources department as a senior human resources business partner.  Ms. Hettrich has more than 17 years of HR management experience across many industries. She graduated from Sonoma State University with a BS in business administration and completed postgraduate studies in human resources and received her certification in human resources management from San Francisco State University.

Real Estate

Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate announced that Tom Lawrence, a realtor in the Healdsburg office, has received recognition as Realtor Emeritus from the National Association of Realtors. The award recognizes Mr. Lawrence’s forty cumulative years of membership and contributions to the real estate profession.
