Redwood Credit Union named Shawna Masur manager of its Cloverdale branch, located at 1129 S. Cloverdale Blvd. in Furber Ranch Plaza shopping center. Ms. Masur joined the credit union in 2012, most recently serving as assistant branch manager for the Ukiah branch. She has more than 15 years of financial-services management experience, and earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chico State University.

Redwood Credit Union also named Sean Anderson manager of its headquarters branch at 3033 Cleveland Ave. in Santa Rosa. In his new role, Mr. Anderson manages daily branch operations as well as the Welcome Center for visitors. He has been with Redwood Credit Union since 2001, most recently serving as manager of RCU Auto Services and prior to that as Windsor branch managerResidential Real Estate

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced Kelly Townsend has joined the company as a sales associate in its Santa Rosa office. In her new position, Ms. Townsend will specialize in residential sales throughout Sonoma County. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Ms. Townsend was with Solid Properties for three years where she worked in residential sales specializing in short sales, staging and first time home buyers. She is an active member of the North Bay Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Beyond real estate, she volunteers at Cere’s and Forget-Me-Not Farms.

Anna Marie Taylor of Creekside Village Homeowners Association in Sonoma recently earned the Association Management Specialist designation from Community Associations Institute. Ms. Taylor is one of more than 3,800 managers nationwide in the top 7 percent of the more than 60,000 community managers nationwide. She began her career in community management in early 2007 at Bodega Harbour Homeowners Association where she earned her first professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Association In late 2008 soon after completing her MBA, she joined Creekside Village HOA as the on-site community association manager.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Peg and Jeremy King, top producing real estate agents with the company's Petaluma office, were voted "Best Realtor" in the 2013 Petaluma Argus-Courier People’s Choice Awards as well as “Best Sonoma County Realtors” by readers of The Press Democrat. Peg King is a Sonoma County real estate veteran with nearly 35 years of experience. She is a USAA/Affinity Certified Relocation Specialist, Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist. Jeremy King is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego with a degree in business administration. He is a USAA/Affinity Certified Relocation Specialist.
