These eight exceptional local women professionals in wine have shown leadership in sustainable wine production, inclusivity and diversity within the industry, and environmental conservation.

With this new award, North Bay Business Journal builds on its legacy over the past two decades of its Influential Women Awards. Categories for 2023 included Heart of the Community, Rising Star and Excellence in Winemaking.
