Bank of Marin has announced several management promotions at its Petaluma offices. Carol York has been promoted to first vice president, regional manager for Sonoma and Napa counties. Ms. York will oversee six branches, including three Petaluma branches, Santa Rosa, Sonoma and the Napa branch. Dan Ancheta has been promoted to vice president, and effective Oct. 1 will take on the role of market manager for the Petaluma area. Mr. Ancheta has been with Bank of Marin for two years and has seven years of banking experience in Petaluma. David Short has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the downtown Petaluma branch. Mr.Short has been with Bank of Marin for six years, most recently as the assistant branch manager of the downtown branch. Also effective Oct. 1, Kathy Madsen and Pam Fiebig will assume the role of branch managers of the Marina and North McDowell branches, respectively. Both have been promoted to assistant vice president.Law

American Red Cross has announced changes in the regional leadership team. Frank Lucier, executive director, has retired from the Napa County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Anne Steinhauer has joined the Napa Chapter as Mr. Lucier’s replacement. Jennifer Jones has been hired as the regional disaster services director, with a territory that includes Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, Humboldt and Del Norte counties.

Ms. Steinhauer previously served the Napa Valley Vintners as community relations manager. Her work has also included positions with the National Democratic Institute, Littorai Wines and Beringer Blass Wine Estates and Congressman Mike Thompson. Ms. Jones first volunteered with the Sonoma County chapter in 2004. Since then, she has served as either Red Cross employee or volunteer in both Northern and Southern California, North Carolina and national headquarters in Washington D.C.Senior Living

Greg Harder, M.A., vice president. He is a financial adviser with Edward Jones. Fernande Bencze, secretary. She is a broker and vice president of California Reverse Mortgage Consultants. Tony Pinocchi, treasurer. He is the general manager of ReNew Systems - Waste and Trauma Scene Management. He is also an owner with his wife of Tru Scan Fingerprint Services. Yvonne Baginski, program coordinator. She is owner and editor of Born to Age, a senior care directory serving Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano, Napa, Marin and Sonoma counties for the past 17 years. John Lewis, membership coordinator. He is the owner of JC Lewis Insurance Services, specializing in health insurance for the past 32 years. Judith Light, marketing coordinator. Windsor-based Sonoma County Vintners Co-op has elected the following officers to its board of directors: Fred Buonanno, Philo Ridge Vineyards, president; Clayton B. Fritz, Fritz Cellars, vice president; Gary Emmerich, Dry Creek Vineyard, secretary/treasurer, while Michael F. Martini remains past president.

H.D.D. LLC, owners of VML and Truett Hurst wineries, as well as the Bradford Mountain, Sauvignon Republic and Stonegate brands, announced the appointment of Jim Bielenberg as the company’s CFO. Mr. Bielenberg will be responsible for all strategic financial aspects of this fast growing comprehensive wine company managed by partners Paul and Heath Dolan, Phil Hurst, Bill Hambrecht, Dan Carroll and Virginia Lambrix. A CPA, Mr. Bielenberg over his twenty-five year industry career has held senior executive / c-level positions with Accolade Wines North America, Inc., Ascentia Wine Estates, LLC, Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Kendall-Jackson, Klein Foods, Inc. Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation announced the addition of Gagik Oganesyan, M.D., Ph.D., a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Oganesyan holds a medical degree from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. He completed an internship in internal medicine at UC San Diego Medical Center and a residency in dermatology there as well. He completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and procedural dermatology in San Deigo. Dr. Oganesyan’s office is located at 3883 Airway Drive, Suite 203, in Santa Rosa.

Dr. Anika Sanda recently joined the Novato-based Prima Medical Group, specializing in pediatrics. Dr. Sanda earned her medical degree at the UC Davis. She completed her pediatrics residency at the Children's Hospital of Orange County and has practiced general pediatrics for over 10 years. She recently relocated to California from Seattle,where she was a pediatrician at the Virginia Mason Medical Center.

Reflections, a private residential drug and alcohol treatment facility in Novato, named William J. Hanna, Psy.D., as its new clinical director. Dr. Hanna was most recently the clinical director at Alta Mira treatment program in Sausalito, where he also worked as a primary therapist. Prior to Alta Mira, Dr. Hanna worked at Bayside Marin Residential treatment program in San Rafael. He completed his post-doctoral clinical internship at the UCSF AIDS Health Project Outpatient Community Clinic in San Francisco.
